I haven't done much today (it is Sunday, afterall). I am constantly checking the J.Crew site to see whether or not they have my LuLu Peep-toe heels on sale and in my SIZE (size 7 ... common, I know).
I was thinking about going into the J.Crew B&M in Georgetown to see if they have better stock of any sale items (Tyson's II isn't working it). But, this will take up the majority of my day and I still have to go to Target and buy a Rubbermaid container to store all of the new Christmas decorations that we put up this year. Mr. Adventure is still sleeping because he worked the graveyard shift last night - so I am flying solo until about 3:00 PM.
I haven't given much thought to the start of 2009. I rarely make resolutons (in order to ensure that I don't beat myself up emotionally when I fail to keep up with them in February). I keep telling myself that I want to start a spinning class, but I haven't made the jump to even walk into the gym. I always find an excuse not to go (like stalking J.Crew's online site for my lulu's or the Madeline dress that I was MEANT to have)!

Work is going to be tough tomorrow, but we should soon find out what our bonuses are for 2008 (er, I mean our "profit sharing" ... yeah right) and that should hold me over until February when I leave for the Dominican Republic with Mr. Adventure.
This is where we are staying for a week and I am super excited:

Well, that's all for now. I hope to become more 'blog savy' as this progresses (seriously, how does one submit a photo via a link versus saving it as your own, first)? I thought I was somewhat savy, but this has me reconsidering that badge of honor!
XOXO,
Ms. Adventure
Hi, you mentioned about the best JC store in NY. I'd have to say either the one on 17th St., Prince St., or 44th St. These stores usually have a higher inventory due to their relatively calm locations . . . Well, calm as in not as busy. I prefer the one in Prince, since that location is packed with great restaurants, bars & other stores. If you'd like to fight through the masses then you should visit the one in Rockefeller. Other than that, there's the Collection store up in the 70s. Enjoy your stay.
